UVA’s Organizational Leadership Coaching Program is an immersive, highly interactive, four-month, professional program designed for a variety of professionals, including Human Resources practitioners, independent consultants, managers and leaders seeking to enhance their ability to support the growth and development of those they work with. Our program empowers coaches and managers with essential experiences, certifications, and feedback from highly qualified instructors. 

The Organizational Leadership Coaching Program is aligned with the core competencies established by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Completion of the program fulfills the education hours required for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the ICF.

About The Program

Program Structure

• The program consists of five modules (8:30 am - 4:30 pm) and eight online labs (12:00 - 1:00 pm).
• Online labs are required classes during which students practice hands-on with concepts learned in modules.
• It is very important for students to attend each session.

Tuition & Fees

• The cost of the program is $8,750 plus fees
• The cost includes all required course materials
• This program is not eligible for financial aid
• Please work with your employer to determine whether your tuition is eligible for education benefits

Admission Requirements & Deadlines

To begin the program in January 2026, applications must be submitted by December 15, 2025.
