Conference Speaker - Chief Eric Fox

Eric Fox is currently the Chief of ATF’s International Affairs Division. He was one of the Assistant Special Agents in Charge (ASAC) of the Phoenix Field Division from November 2020 through October 2023. Chief Fox began his ATF career in 2004 as an agent in the Las Vegas, NV Field Office. In 2012, Fox lateraled to the Legislative Affairs Division, where he worked as a Congressional Fellow sponsored by Georgetown University on Capitol Hill. In 2014, Fox took a promotion to the Internal Affairs Division as a Program Manager. In late 2014, he was reassigned as the Resident Agent in Charge (RAC) of the Jacksonville, FL Field Office.

Throughout his career he led and supervised investigations dismantling violent gangs, international firearms trafficking organizations, and outrageous firearm offenders.

Chief Fox received a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology in 2002 from the University of Florida. 

Chief Fox and his wife Andrea have 2 daughters: Natalie and Anabella.
