Coaching Lab

Join Steve Whearty, PCC to connect with alumni, students, and potential participants of the Organizational Leadership Coaching certificate program!

We will spend the first 30 minutes of the session inviting you to share what you've learned in your coaching journey, what challenges you are grappling with in your coaching practice, and where you hope to improve.

Then, we will spend 60 minutes doing peer coaching (25 minutes, with 5 minutes of feedback) in pairs. The goal is to log an additional coaching session while also getting some quick feedback on your coaching practice.
