Sydney Thomas

As a Recruitment Coordinator at UVA's School of Continuing and Professional Studies, Sydney Thomas brings experience in both high school and graduate admissions from the Miller School of Albemarle and Brown University. A proud Double Hoo with degrees in sociology and education, Thomas is motivated by her passion for supporting working adults in their educational pursuits. Based in Florida, Thomas balances her professional work with personal interests such as shell collecting, crafting, hiking and exploring local beaches and parks. In her role at SCPS, she appreciated the opportunity to engage a diverse range of applicants and contribute to SCPS’s mission of expanding accessible pathways for adult learners.
