UVA Sentinel Society

Who We Are

The UVA Sentinel Society (USS) recognizes the Center for Public Safety and Justice’s alumni and friends who make yearly leadership-level gifts to our public safety initiatives. Through philanthropy to our core funds, USS members help advance the strategic priorities of the Center and the School of Continuing and Professional Studies.

Membership

Members will be recognized according to the various levels of support:

  • Detective’s Council ($250 - $499)
  • Sergeant’s Alliance ($500 - $999)
  • Lieutenant’s League ($1,000 - $2,499)
  • Chief’s Circle ($2,500 - $4,999)
  • Commissioner’s Council ($5,000+)

There are two ways to become a member:

  1. Make a donation online
  2. Mail a check written out to Rector & Visitors of the University of Virginia with a memo for “SCPS” to the address listed below
