Orientation

UPDATE: Most program orientations are now remote as a result of the pandemic. For new students, your programs will be in touch with orientation details as they approach. 

Orientation sessions for incoming students are held in Charlottesville for the following programs:

• Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies (BIS)
  • Second Saturday in August and January
• Bachelor of Professional Studies in Health Sciences Management (BPHM)
  • Second Saturday in August and January
• Community Scholar, high school and home schooled students
  • Prior to the start of fall and spring terms
• Post Bacc Pre-Med Program
  • June

We understand that our active duty military students may be deployed and unable to attend an in-person orientation for our degree programs. Military students can explore alternatives by contacting their program director.
